🌱 Sowful Ministries MasterClass

Day 2

What Are You Actually Offering?

Ask yourself:

  • What do I help people do?
  • What do I create?
  • What do I provide?
  • What value do I bring?

Your offer may be:

A Service

  • Coaching
  • Consulting
  • Graphic design
  • Cleaning
  • Event planning

A Product

  • Handmade goods
  • Digital downloads
  • Books
  • Artwork
  • Food products

An Experience

  • Workshops
  • Masterclasses
  • Community groups
  • Events
  • Retreats

An Opportunity

  • Membership
  • Partnership
  • Fundraising campaign
  • Volunteer program

Exercise: Write down what you are offering in one sentence.

 Who Is It For?

Not everyone is your customer.

The clearer you are about who you serve, the easier it becomes to attract the right people.

Ask:

  • Who needs this?
  • Who benefits from this?
  • Who is already looking for a solution?
  • Who would be excited about this offer?

Examples

Instead of:

  • "Everyone"

Try:

  • Small business owners
  • Parents
  • Students
  • Churches
  • Nonprofits
  • Pet owners
  • Content creators

Exercise: Describe your ideal customer or audience.

What Problem Does It Solve?

People invest in solutions.

Your offer should answer:

What challenge does this solve?

Examples:

  • Saves time
  • Saves money
  • Reduces stress
  • Creates income
  • Improves health
  • Provides education
  • Builds community
  • Supports a cause

Exercise: List 1–3 problems your offer helps solve.

Building Your Simple Offer Statement

Use this formula:

I help [WHO] achieve [RESULT] through [OFFER].

Examples:

  • I help small business owners attract more customers through affordable marketing services.
  • I help busy families eat healthier through simple plant-based meal plans.
  • I help communities create positive impact through environmental and social action programs.

Exercise: Create your own offer statement.

Keep It Simple

Many people overcomplicate their offer.

You do not need:

  • A perfect website
  • A logo
  • Thousands of followers
  • A large budget

You need:

  • A clear offer
  • A specific audience
  • A problem worth solving
  • The willingness to take action
